About Meg
Megan Rowe is a Stott certified Pilates instructor and Core Exercise Specialist based in Kelowna, BC. She offers one-on-one sessions from her private home studio, creating a supportive and intentional space for clients to explore movement that feels good and purposeful.
Before becoming a Pilates teacher, Megan had a career as a professional dancer, movement was her language, and her body was her instrument. After transitioning out of dance, she was drawn to movement in a new way, no longer focused on aesthetics or performance, but on helping people move out of respect for their bodies. Her work centers on building strength, connection, and a deeper sense of embodiment.
That intention deepened through her own experience of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. When her body felt unfamiliar and disconnected, she turned to prenatal and postpartum courses to gain insight and education of how to build back core connection and strength. These tools she now integrates into her work with clients. Megan is passionate about supporting women through major transitions like pregnancy and postpartum, with care, empathy, and evidence-informed guidance.
Her sessions are personalized and grounded in form-focused instruction. Clients can expect to work on breath, core stability, and movement patterns that translate to everyday life.
Megan believes all bodies are good bodies, and that it's always okay to show up exactly as you are. Her approach meets each client where they’re at, creating space for progress without pressure.
